Also being present: Solicitor Jana Grimm; Chief of Staff John Haynes; Finance Director Joshua Hatfield; Human Resources Director Shelli Arnold; Treasurer Tom Flickinger; Executive Secretary Marie Trossman and Patrick Geho; Chief Clerk Cindy Griffin; Administrative Assistant Joyce Thornburg; Planning representative Gracie Abel; Information Technology representative Earl Dean; and Observer - Reporter representative Barbara Miller. Mrs. Vaughan called the meeting to order at approximately 2:24 p.m. Moved by Mr. Sherman, seconded by Mr. Maggi, approving Minute No. SB 11-5-20 dated November 5, 2020, as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Sherman — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENT None. FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION CONTROLLER Mr. Namie presented to the board, Controller, Temporary part-time position, $175.00/day; create one position effective 12/2/20. The position will be abolished when the office returns to full staffing levels. Moved by Mr. Namie, seconded by Mr. Sherman approving the foregoing personnel request. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Sherman — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously.
