Also being present: Solicitor Jana Grimm; Chief of Staff John Haynes; Finance Director Joshua Hatfield; Human Resources Director Shelli Arnold; Clerk of Courts Director Brenda Davis; Executive Secretaries Marie Trossman and Randi Marodi; Chief Clerk Cindy Griffin; Administrative Assistant Joyce Thornburg and Brandon Stamm. Mrs. Vaughan called the meeting to order at approximately 10:29 a.m. Moved by Mr. Sherman, seconded by Mr. Maggi, approving Minute No. SB 1-21-21 dated January 21, 2021, as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Sherman — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENT None. FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION PURCHASING Purchasing, Purchasing & Gas Card Administrator/Buyer; $49,701.73/year reduced to $45,000. 00 /year; reduction in annual salary for one (1) full-time salaried position effective 2/4/21. Moved by Mr. Sherman, seconded by Mr. Maggi approving the foregoing personnel request. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Sherman — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. LEAVES OF ABSENCES — lanuary 21. 2021 to February 3.2021 Mrs. Vaughan noted for the record the following leaves of absences: Cheryl Amodei Mascara, Court Crier, FMLA-medical, 01/06/21 to 03/05/21 Barbara Daubner, Casework Manager, FMLA-medical, 02/02/21 to 03/16/21 Tanner Kefover, Site -based Monitor, FFCRA, 01/19/21 to 01/26/21 Beth Navrat, Coordinator II -Aging, FFCRA, 01 /05/21 to 01 /08/21 Steven Scott, Caseworker II, FMLA-medical, 01/12/21 to 04/06/21 Tami Sedunov, Clerical Supervisor II, FMLA-medical, 01/28/21 to 03/15/21 Jon Tustin, Correctional Officer I, FMLA-medical, 01/01/21 to 03/23/21 Mrs. Vaughan stated for the record, items noted during 2021 were incorporated into the Salary Book. It is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2021 salary schedule book may be corrected administratively by Human Resources.
