VI NEW BUSINESS
a. Contract Award—Chief Clerk
Chief Clerk respectfully requests the Commissioners approve an agreement with
Motorola Solutions, Inc.,for the installation of the Washington County public safety
radio system in the amount of$24,445,549 to build 14 tower and antenna sites
throughout the County, install the radio system, provide the necessary subscriber
equipment, and to further enter into a life cycle management agreement with Motorola
Solutions, Inc. after the system is installed.The final agreement will include the changes
recommended by Mission Critical Partners, LLC;the County Consultant, and the County
Solicitor.
