Finance, on behalf of the Public Defender, respectfully requested the Board of Commissioners approve a grant project modification request with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) for the Indigent Defense Grant program. The modification adds $99,258 to the budgeted amount of$95,664 for a total of$194,922. It also extends the program period 1 year to December 31't, 2026. 2. Finance, on behalf of Human Services, respectfully requests the Board of Commissioners approve an addendum to the agreement with SPHS Connect, Inc for permanent supportive housing services to eligible homeless individuals and families. The addendum is in the amount of$32,666.00 to add to the previously approved $16,334.00 for a total of$49,000. The addendum also extends the period through December 31, 2025. This will be funded from Act 13 funds. Children and Youth Services—Provider Agreement Addendum Children and Youth Services is respectfully requesting approval of a provider agreement addendum with Innersight LLC for the addition of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy services to be added to the existing program for youth involved with Juvenile Justice or the Child Welfare System for the period of January 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The contract authorization amount will remain the same ($379,770.00) and no additional county funds are required. 2. Children and Youth Services—Provider Agreement Addendum Children and Youth Services is respectfully requesting approval of a provider agreement addendum with Cornell Abraxas,Inc. for residential, treatment and rehabilitation services of delinquent and dependent juveniles for the period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The contract authorization amount will be increased from $300,000.00 to $350,000.00 and no additional county funds are required. 3. Behavioral Health and Developmental Services—Mid-Year Contract Adjustments: Behavioral Health and Developmental Services is respectfully requesting approval of the following mid-year contract adjustment agreements for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. No additional county funds are required. Human Services—Grant Application The Department of Human Services is respectfully requesting permission to apply for the Department of Community and Economic Development Local Government Emergency Housing Support Program to support individuals who are displaced due to natural or man- made disasters.We are requesting to apply for$133,896.71.
