MOTION BY SALARY BOARD MEMBER— To approve Minute No. SB 10-2-25 dated October 2,2025. Chairman asks for PUBLIC COMMENTS. ELECTED OFFICIAL: (COMMISSIONER CALLS PRESIDENT JUDGE COSTANZO) BOARD'S CONSIDERATION President Judge Costanzo—Courts MAKE MOTION PER AGENDA CHAIRMAN—NOTES FOR THE RECORD—All leaves of absence that occurred since October 2,2025 until the present are to be noted for the record. CHAIRMAN NOTES FOR THE RECORD—It is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2025 salary schedule book may be corrected administratively by Human Resources. RECESS FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION - OCTOBER 16, 2025 1 CURRENT REQUESTED DEPARTMENT CURRENT POSITION SALARY NEW POSITION SALARY NOTES Court Pay Grade 7 - Abolish one (1)vacant full-time union position Administrator Magisterial DJ Secretary 90% - $22.037 effective 10/16/25. Court Magisterial DJ Pay Grade 4 - Create one (1)full-time union position effective Administrator Clerk 90% -$21.315 10/16/25. Salary Board Minute No. SB 10-2-2025 Washington County Commissioners Washington, Pa., October 2, 2025 The Washington County Salary Board met in Public Meeting Room G-16 of the Crossroads Center at 95 West Beau Street,Washington,Pennsylvania, for the purpose of reconvening with the following members being present: Commissioners Nick Sherman,Larry Maggi, Electra Janis and Controller Heather Sheader. Also present were: County Administrator Daryl Price; Solicitor Gary Sweat; Executive Administrative Assistants Heather Wilhelm, Casey Graelish and Randi Marodi; Chief Clerk Cindy Griffin and Administrative Assistant Debbie Corson. Mr. Sherman called the meeting to order at approximately 10:23 a.m. Mr. Sherman entertained a motion to approve Minute No. SB 9-18-25 dated September 18, 2025 as written. Moved by Ms.Janis, seconded by Mr. Maggi. Roll call vote taken: Ms. Sheatler—Yes;Mr. Maggi—Yes;Ms.Janis—Yes; Mr. Sherman—Yes. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENT None. FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION Mr. Sherman entertained a motion, on behalf of Human Services,presented to the board Human Services Care Manager, Reduction in annual salary from $49,522.38/year to $48,411.17/year for one (1) vacant full-time salaried position effective 10/4/25. Moved by Ms.Janis, seconded by Mr. Maggi. Roll call vote taken: Ms. Sheader—Yes;Mr. Maggi—Yes;Ms.Janis—Yes;Mr. Sherman—Yes. Motion carried unanimously. LEAVES OF ABSENCES—September 18, 2025 to October 1, 2025 Mr. Sherman noted for the record the following leaves of absences: Wardman,Tammy, Office Operations Supervisor-TA,Tax Revenue, 9/22/25 to 9/22/26 Mr. Sherman stated for the record, that all leaves of absence that occurred since September 18, 2025,until the present are to be noted for the record. It is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2025 salary schedule book may be corrected administratively by Human Resources.
